Viewing a Completed Questionnaire

• To view completed questionnaires, make your way to the Questionnaire Review Page
• The 3rd section of this page is View Completed Questionnaires. This section will list all of the questionnaires that have been saved and completed in the current account
• Select the questionnaire you would like to review.
